I enjoyed the very nice views from my apartment, which offered direct access to Palm Beach, making it a great location. However, the apartment was in poor condition with cleanliness issues and some maintenance needed, overshadowing the experience. The noise from construction nearby also made it difficult to relax.

However, the cleanliness and upkeep of the place were a huge letdown, with many areas showing signs of neglect and poor maintenance.
